Privacy and cookies

Onze Masr collects as little data as possible: you can read the whole site without an account and without giving any information.

Data collected

• Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. It is used solely to send you the Onze Masr newsletter, based on your consent. It is kept until you unsubscribe and is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Server logs: IP address, requested page, date and browser, for the security and proper operation of the site (legitimate interest). They are deleted after 14 days.

Data is hosted by Hostinger, in the European Union.

Cookies

The site only sets two technical cookies required for it to work: a session cookie and a form protection cookie. They are not used for analytics or advertising, so they do not require your consent.

No advertising trackers or analytics tools are used. The share buttons are plain links: no social network scripts are loaded. If advertising or analytics are ever added, your consent will be requested before any cookie is set.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by writing to onzemasr@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter the same way. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
